A Five Week Course

The Satipathanna Sutta is the Buddha's primary instruction on Mindfulness. In this five week course we will explore this sutta in detail and see how we can directly apply it to our practice of meditation. Each evening will consist of a short period of meditation to settle the mind, a period of instruction based on the sutta, a longer practice session and time for questions and discussion.

This course is open to anyone who has a sincere desire to study the Buddha's teachings and put them into practice. This will be a closed group. Participants must commit to the entire five weeks. Drop ins will not be considered.

When:Thursdays, June 6-27 and July 11, 7:00-8:45pm
Where: Private home in Boulder, near 19th and Balsam
Cost: $10 registration feee + teacher dana

2) Because this is a closed group dana will only be collected on the first
evening of the course. This dana is meant to cover all five weeks.
