With this painting I shifted gears somewhat, though the "Field" is still there. A Sri Yantra is a traditional Indian meditative art form. I took the form, using the four square "gates" and the round circle, to draw the eye into the center, where it finds "Chaos". Traditionally there would be only one of the black and white patterns at the center, instead of the "field" of overlapping layers of similar objects. It is as if the gates give the veiwer a window into a random universe of these forms.
