In this painting I'm experimenting with the idea of interlocking patterns that slowly morph and change. The middle of the painting is totally regular. Then the pattern slowly deteriorates as it moves towards the top and the bottom of the painting and looser, more pictorial elements arise. I also like that this painting is much "darker" than my usual work.
