This is the same building as the previous painting. The view has just pivoted about 45 degrees to the south and up at a slightly sharper angle.

What interested me here is how the glass "breaks" the cloud and distorts the image of the top of the building across the street. I also liked how the cloud image continued in the windows in the part of the building on the right that is set back from the main glass wall.
