Blue Man Passing By

This painting is a continuation of my interest in reflections, but in this piece the foreground takes on more significance. I just stood at this corner (SW corner of Pearl and 13th) and took photos as people and cars went by until I captured this image. I like how the man is in front of one window but reflected in the other, and totally oblivious to my presence, busy talking on his cell phone. Just a random moment.

Accepted into Boulder Art Association Annual Regional Juried Show, 2011.
